Our prompt for day six of the #LadiesofHorrorFiction Instagram challenge was “Monster”.
Monster was the perfect prompt for a lot of instagrammers to showcase their favorite edition of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein! We made sure to include one of our favorites here along with four other featured monsters.
Dlgillis20 was one of the bookstagrammers who showcased Frankenstein in a stunning black and red photo.

Tarasbookaddiction quite literally showcased a Monster when she posted Monster by C.J. Skuse.

Carissa_reads went with one of the scariest monsters of all – people – when she posted her photo of Margaret Atwood’s The Handmaid’s Tale.
“Offred is a Handmaid in the Republic of Gilead. Our own Lilyn gave us quite the monster photo when she included Ethel in her photo of Morbid Curiosity by Deborah Leblanc.
